A Quick Update

Hello there! Thanks for stopping by, and sorry I missed a post yesterday. I was just designing my first ever book cover, no big deal. Sometimes there's not enough time for everything! I planned to do some sewing over the weekend, update my Etsy shop, perhaps finalise my new design for this blog. Little things, you know? (ha!) Aside from the book designing, I've had the flu for almost 3 weeks now, I think my wisdom tooth operation left my immune system open to attack. So excuse my shambolic post today, things should be back to normal over the next few days.

I'd like to remind you to enter my November sponsor giveaway if you haven't already, with some store credit to beautiful handmade jewellery from The Glossy Queen and Ripples and Feathers, you're definitely going to find something you love if you're one of the lucky winners!

While we're on the giveaway theme, if you're in the market for a new blog design, my giveaway for a full blog design at Shrimp Salad Circus is open and waiting for you to enter! I'd love to design a new blog for you, and even better if it's free, right? Go, now.

One final apology, I never officially announced the winners of the ad space giveaway. THEY know who they are, but it's only polite for me to share the juicy details with you, right? The "Pride of ads" winner is Jennifer from Grits and Moxie, the "Clowder of ads" winner is Amanda from Little Lady Little City and the "Litter of ads" winner is Autumn from The Busy Bee. Congratulations ladies, and thank you SO MUCH to all of the lovely blogs who donated their ad space, you're all amazing!

Here's some non sequitur pictures of a blanket fort we built a couple of weeks ago. I was waiting for the right time to share them ;) I have no idea what happened in the last picture, but we were watching The Exorcist... spoooky...

I'm going to catch some 'blinks' before it's time to get up for another day in the salt mine ;) I hope you had a fabulous weekend, and Happy Thanksgiving to all of my American friends, I hope you have slept off your turkey/tofurkey hangovers by now!
